The RBMS is excited to be setting up a mentoring program with mentors (>5 years’ experience) and mentee’s (undergraduate or entry level professional with less than 5 years’ experience) to participate as either an Assigned Pair or part of a Flash Mentoring Group.
It is widely recognised that mentoring can serve many purposes by helping an individual develop a new skill, assist with problem solving, boost confidence in communications and engagement, widen a network or provide career or personal direction. Mentoring is not solely there to support a mentee but can also be a two-way street, ensuring those involved both give and receive and help the other grow.
The RBMS Mentoring Program aims to provide a flexible and semi-formal approach to enable members to better connect.
Download the RBMS Mentoring Program Guidelines and EOI Form and submit your expression of interest to info@rbms.org.au by 31 October 2022.
